Jeremy M. Evans, Founder and Managing Attorney at California Sports Lawyer®, presented on "AI in Practice: What to Do, and What Not to Do, That Is the Question?" on March 13, 2024, for the New York State Bar Association. Evans was honored to speak at one of America's largest voluntary statewide bar associations regarding an important issue facing the legal profession and the public. The program focused on the State Bar of California’s Rules of Professional Conduct related to the use of AI in the practice of law with a practical focus on application using services that utilize AI. The topics covered were contracts, intellectual property, privacy law, and ethics in the entertainment, media, and sports practice areas and beyond.
Evans also serves as the Chair of the California Lawyers Association's Task Force on Artificial Intelligence.
