Hitting a Hole in One: Licensing 101 and Best Practices for Sports Industry Counsel and Professionals

Sports agents, general counsel of major sports companies, sports attorneys, and sports marketing professionals will discuss the ins and outs of licensing athlete and company brands in the sports industry. Discussion will include the topics of licensing, intellectual property, contracts, endorsements, and sponsorships, along with best practices while serving as counsel in the sports industry.
