What: Guest speakers: Len Simon and Raj Narayanan with the San Diego Padres Minor League Class A Affiliate, Lake Elsinore Storm. The speakers will be discussing, among other things: their backgrounds and experiences, what they currently oversee and what that means to the organization, staffing levels/structure, goals, and metrics, etc., with general Q&A to follow.
